Diesel Laptops enrolling aspiring technicians

Diesel Laptops has begun enrollment for its hands-on, in-classroom Diesel Technician training program at its new training facility in Gilbert, SC.

Diesel Laptops said that in listening to its customers, it realized there was a great need for technician training for today’s complex engines and vehicle systems. The first course offered will be a Basic Electrical course designed to get new technicians acquainted with electrical terminology, theory, and diagnostics of electrical circuits. The class will be half classroom lecture and half hands-on training where students will work with real electrical circuits from diesel trucks.

“Proper training is essential for technicians to be proficient on today’s advanced equipment,” said Dustin Carnes, Diesel Laptops’ training coordinator. “We are proud to add this component to our ever-evolving ecosystem of complete diagnostic solutions.”
